1. The Service

Spin The Wheel - Random Picker provides a free random name picker wheel. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use it for drawings, picks, and decisions at your own discretion.

2. Acceptable Use

Shared wheels are public. You agree not to share content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or that infringes others' rights. We may remove any shared wheel that violates these terms, and we operate algorithmic filters plus a manual kill switch for trending content.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the names and lists you enter. By sharing a wheel, you grant us the limited right to store and display it at the link we generate for you, and — if you publish it to the wheel library — to display it on its public page.

4. Manage Tokens

Shared wheels are controlled by a manage token stored in your browser. If you lose it (for example by clearing your browser data or switching devices), deletion and unpublishing are no longer possible from that device. Keep this in mind before sharing sensitive content.

5. Fairness Disclaimer

Selections are made with the browser's cryptographic random number generator and rejection sampling. While this is designed to be statistically fair, the service should not be used where certified randomness or legal compliance (such as regulated gambling or lotteries) is required.

6. Accounts and Billing

Optional accounts are governed by these terms. If you purchase a paid plan, charges are processed by our payment provider, renew automatically until canceled, and can be managed from your account's billing page.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
