About Spin The Wheel - Random Picker
The fastest way to pick a name, a winner, or a decision — fairly and for free.
Spin The Wheel - Random Picker was built on a simple idea: picking a random name shouldn't require an account, a download, or trust in a black box. Open the page, spin the wheel, get an answer.
Every spin uses the browser's cryptographic random number generator with rejection sampling to remove modulo bias — the same approach used for fair drawings and giveaways. We document exactly how it works on our How it works page.
Our Principles
- ✓
Free and frictionless — no signup required for anything on the wheel
- ✓
Fair by design — cryptographic randomness, publicly documented
- ✓
Local-first — your wheels live on your device unless you share them
- ✓
Privacy-respecting — no accounts needed, minimal data, no tracking of your lists
